The Basics
- 1 account per person. Tell me if you have more than one person on this site, that same the same IP address.
- Do not steal things from the site, or it's members.
- No Cussing [including D*mn and b*tch and all those wretched words]
- No pornographic images
- No fighting ooc.
- No Powerplaying
- 125 word minimum per post, while in Character.
But if you can do more, great!!
Tags, such as when you make your text bold, are not accepted as part of the 125 word minimum. Please note, the Word Counter that you see while posting, IS including them. So if you use tags, please make sure it says more than 125 words. - The STAFF is in charge. Please, if you have a question, or are having a problem with another member, contact a Moderator, or PM the Admin, Spuds. Username admin
- Don't turn RP threads into chat rooms. Use the chat box to say "brb". You ARE allowed to post ooc in threads, and discuss things. Just not a chat room. Here's an example of what's NOT allowed: Person 1: Guess what.
Person 2: What?
Person 1: I got a cat!
Person 2: That's cool. What's the name?
Ya get the general idea? =PCharacters - You may have as many as you can handle. If a staff member thinks you have too many that are going inactive, you may be asked to slow down on the character making.
- No mythical creatures.
This includes: Unicorn's Pegasus, and mythological equines. - No Powers.
- Keep sizes, pelt color, breeds, and just about everything else, realistic. You may have unusual coat patterns, markings, or eye color. No armor, either.
- And while we're on the subject of realism, no gay/lesbian horses either. Lands
- Lands can be claimed, by a stallion. But he MUST find at least 1 mare to join him, within 2 weeks real life time or he will lose his right to the land and it will be made claimable. This cycle repeats until he has 3 mares.
- A stallion may challenge another stallion for land. If the new stallion wins, then either the old herd will leave, or the old stallion will leave, and his herd will become part of the new stallion's herd.
- The only way a mare can hold land, is if: She was the Queen, and then the Lead Stallion died. She would then take control of the land. But she is to search for a new Stallion, and name him Lead Stallion. Then she will go back down to Queen.
The only exception to this Rule, is Sapphire Azul, the Queen of the Rogue Lands and the Haunted. There is no lead stallion on those lands. - Land will be taken away from you and made available for claiming if it goes inactive, or you fall below the minimum amount of required horses living there.
- There can be 2 herds per land. Occasionally 3.
- You can have a maximum of 2 lead stallions. But they must be in different lands.Breeding/Birthing
- Fillies must be at least 2 years, to take to a breeding.
Colts can breed as young as 1 year, but chances of the Mare getting pregnant are very low. Chances are much higher at 2+years of age. - Breeding can happen all year around, but chances of Mare getting pregnant are lowered in the winter.
- If you specifically state your mare is in heat, this boosts the chances of pregnancy.
- Force breeding Is allowed.
- BOTH members must agree before force-breeding occurs.
- Breeding taking depends on season, age, and heat status.
- Once a mare has been bred, start a thread and fill out the form in the Breeding board. A staff member will find out the results, if your mare is pregnant or not.
- Once your mare has been pregnant for at least 1 week real life time, a staff member will post in the Birthing board, with the results.
- You will almost always get 1 foal. Rarely twins.
- Gender of foal is decided randomly.
- You MUST state somewhere in the post, that they bred.
- Minimal details are permitted, but keep it relatively clean. Don't use too descriptive of words, and DO NOT use image references..
- Sometimes foals are born with Defects. But not usually.Foals
- Foals under 6 months cannot survive on their own. If they are orphaned/been abandoned, they need to find a foster mother.Seasons
- A season is 1 and a half months Real Time. So that would be 1 month on the game, is two weeks real time.
One year on the game, would be 6 months real time.Fighting IC - Fighting between characters, is encouraged. In real life, horses fight over mares and land. So shall we.
- Stallions can fight over mares.
- Mares can fight for Rank, such as Queen.
- Stallions can fight for land. They also have to protect their land and mares from Rogue stallions.
- NO God-modeling or powerplaying. Your character WILL get hurt while fight, and won't dodge every attack.
The only exception to this, is if it is a rigged fight. Where both members have agreed before-hand, who will win. - Staff will judge the fights, and decide the winner, unless it is a rigged fight.
- You must include this in the title, if it's a rigged fight: (Rigged)Things to remember
- This is a Role Play. Just because my character may hate yours, doesn't reflect any personal feelings about you! It's just a game.Rule Breaking
Punishments include:
Warnings, Banning, and account deletion.
Punishment is decided on which rule you break, and how often.
