Maybe some of these would be cool.
Custom title
Custom colored title
Able to have a horse with two different eye colors (like one eye ember and the other green or something)
Custom foal (Parents decide gender, colors, number (maybe or maybe not the last one)
Able to create a herd without having a herd mare with him.
Mares are allowed to buy the rights to claim land and lead a herd a lone.
Trade apples for leaves. (maybe allow 500 apples to be traded for 1 sugar leaf)

You could buy certain birthing things, like if you want a blind, deaf, or otherwise injured horse. Unique mane, tail, feather colors. You could have a super expensive, return from the dead, but the last two aren't that realistic, haha. Twins?

Thanks Kallie I've been adding some of these suggestions to the shop. Yeah, the last two are a little unrealistic lol. |

How about a side-character/companion? You could make a little bio form and we would be allowed a side character (such as a bird or something like that) to tag along with our horse. I love when I can have that.
